The dimension the tennis ball may rely on not only your size but what you are using it for. In my case, I'm 6' high and I use the tennis ball to do Primary Workouts as trained by Gunnar Lewis and the 65 cm tennis ball is most definately too small for me. The 75 cm tennis ball works for me, and I'm absolutely fulfilled both with it's quality and the fantastic service I obtained from Max Health and health and fitness in the process. |
